If you have experienced a problem or bug with the Jist website, mobile app or Chrome Extension then please file a problem ticket using either the Jist.tv Support Site or by sending us an email.

Anytime you are here in the Support Site you can file a problem ticket using the steps below:
1. Click on New support ticket (Right side of the Search bar)
2. This will go to the Submit a ticket screen
3. Fill out the form
4. Click on Submit.
The ticket will be sent to our Customer Service reps and you will receive confirmation e-mail with the ticket number.
